Van Family Adventures - 2015 Highlights

Happy holidays, and thanks for stopping by!  Here's a peek into our 2015 family adventures -

We took advantage of the extra-warm weather with lots of days at the beach.

Sometimes the worst of enemies but usually the best of friends.

A year filled with drones!

Ike is working non-stop on his drone start-up. 

Skyler and Erik (shown) are more than happy to help with testing.

We love mountain biking, and did a week-long trip in the California Gold Country. Gorgeous!

Holly's Dad (shown) and Mom (camera shy) hosted Sky and Erik and their cousins John & Hunter for many weeks at 'Camp Grandpa' in NY.  The boys had a total blast.  Thank you Mom & Dad!!!

Ike's Mom had a difficult year. We are all mourning the loss of her husband Jan (Ike's Dad). Jan passed away in October, peacefully, in his sleep, at 89 years old.  Prior to that, Ike's Mom had been hospitalized with some serious health problems.  Dina is making a truly remarkable comeback and we are very thankful for that!

Ike and I spent a fabulous 4 days at a horse ranch for a dear friend's birthday bash.

Holly's paintings were in a solo exhibition at the Triton Museum of Art earlier this year.  Lucky me!
